Terms of Service

By accessing or using picnplay ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

picnplay is a photo casting platform that enables users to stream photos and videos from their Google Photos library to any connected display in real time via a shared room code. The Service requires a Google account for the sender role; the display role requires no account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Cast content that you do not have the right to share
• Cast illegal, obscene, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any rate limits, usage caps, or authentication mechanisms

You retain all rights to the photos and videos you cast through the Service. picnplay claims no ownership over your content. By using the Service, you grant picnplay a limited, non-exclusive license to transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the casting room you have created.

picnplay's name, logo, and all associated design elements are the intellectual property of picnplay. You may not use them without written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Features may change, be removed, or be limited at any time without notice. We are not liable for any data loss or downtime.

The Free plan is available to all users at no cost. The Pro plan is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, picnplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
